Why the name Archimede?
The choice of this name has different reasons.
First of all, the root "Arch" is connected with the natural predisposition to handle complex shapes, with arches in addition to normal shapes.
Besides, Archimede is the famous mathematician/physicist/inventor of Italian origins, born in Syracuse in 287 BC, to whom enormous fantasy and innovation are recognized.
In fact, the famous sentence "Give me the place to stand, and I shall move the earth" is attributed to Archimede. In modern terms, the principle of Archimede can become "Give me a computer to work, and I shall lift your carpentry".
